To ensure flawless production of our range, we undertake number of stringent measures throughout the manufacturing process. All the product designs are carefully developed in our R&D facility under the supervision of diligent professionals.
In addition, we have also set up a modern quality testing unit which is equipped with latest equipment, apparatus & devices. We have also employed a team of experienced quality controllers who keep a close vigil on all the processes as well as test the finished products on various physical and chemical properties.
Infrastructural Base
We are strengthened by a state-of-the-art infrastructural facility which is built across a large area. Leveraging on our advanced production and other requisite facilities, we are manufacturing products ranging from 40% to 90% Al2O3 bricks for reheating furnaces, forging furnaces, ladles, etc. We have set up separate plants for the handling/manufacturing Mullite Tabular Alumina/ Fused Alumina/ Andulosite based Products.
The production unit is installed with hi-tech machinery and equipment that assist us in carrying out various processes with smoothness. In addition, we have employed a team of qualified technocrats who possess rich industry experience and domain expertise. They work in accordance with the industry recommended guidelines so as to ensure a qualitative gamut of refractory products.
